TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE NIVEA SOFT UV 8ML SACHET PACK CONTEST

This contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is organized by NIVEA India Private Limited ("Organizer"). By participating in this Contest, the participants ("Participants") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs").

1)  The Contest is open only to residents of India who are 18 years or above at the time of entry.

2)  Employees, agents, distributors, and their immediate family members of the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate.

The Contest shall commence on 01/04/2025 and shall end on 30/06/2025 ("Contest Period"). Entries received outside this period shall not be considered.

To participate, consumers must purchase a NIVEA Soft UV 8ml sachet pack, Scratch the Silver path printed inside the jacket, Lucky winners might receive a Coupon code as “SOFT DAILY UV 5” on their jacket. This coupon the consumer can then use to redeem on blinkit app to get additional 5% discount while purchasing the Nivea Soft Daily UV 100ml pack.

The coupons allotment is limited.

1)  A lucky draw shall be conducted at the discretion of the Organizer to select the winner(s).

2)  A maximum of three (3) winners shall be selected for the online Contest and a maximum of three (3) winners shall be selected for the offline Contest.

3)  The winner(s) shall receive an iPhone (model to be decided by the Organizer) ("Prize").

4)  The winner(s) shall be announced within [number of days] days after the Contest Period ends. The Organizer shall contact the winner(s) via WhatsApp or email.

5)  If a winner fails to respond within [number of days] days of being contacted, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.

1)   The Organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.

2)   The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or any other alternatives.

3)   The Organizer shall not be responsible for any network or technical issues that may prevent a Participant from entering the Contest.

1)   The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who

1. Provides incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information;
2. Uses unfair means to participate;
3. Violates any of these T&Cs.

By participating, Participants agree that the Organizer may use their responses, names, photographs, and any other relevant details for promotional and marketing purposes, without any compensation.

1)   During the Lollapalooza India event, NIVEA shall host on-ground brand experience booths (“NIVEA Booths”).

2)   Participants who successfully interact with any two (2) designated activities at the NIVEA Booths shall be eligible to receive festival trinkets, including lip charms, subject to availability.

1)   The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance and use of the Prize.

2)   The Participants shall indemnify the Organizer against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation in the Contest.

1)   The Organizer shall collect and process Participants' personal data for the purpose of the Contest and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in India.

2)   Personal data shall not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required for the administration of the Contest.

1)   This Contest and these T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India

2)   Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
